Calendar scheduling
You can now generate calendar events from the availability shared in email threads with a candidate. This feature identifies the time, date, and day in your conversations to create calendar invites, making interview scheduling more efficient.
You can also fully automate scheduling meetings by enabling the Auto-schedule Meetings feature in the Pin Automation settings. When this feature is activated, if a candidate agrees to meet, Pin will find a time and schedule the meeting automatically based on your availability and calendar preferences.
Improve candidate searches with feedback
When downvoting candidate search results, you can provide feedback to let us know what you didn't like about the candidates. This helps us improve and generate candidates that better match your search criteria.
ATS integrations
Pin can import candidate information seamlessly when you connect your ATS to your Pin account. If you'd like to enable this feature, please reach out to our Support team.

- Attachments can be added when replying to candidates in the Inbox
- The email sending schedule can be adjusted in your Email Preferences
