Filter your candidate list to a minimum fit score right from the view dropdown, so you can instantly narrow down to your top matches (default stays "All" so nothing changes unless you set it).

Self-Service Domain Management

Update your organization's domain directly from settings, no support ticket needed. You'll just need a connected email account or an active user's email address to make the switch.

Global Outreach Preferences

Admins can now set default Outreach preferences at the org level, so every new sequence starts with the right defaults built in. Individual jobs can still override these settings when needed.

Reply Suggestions as Drafts

Pin now writes suggested replies directly as drafts in the sending account's Gmail or Outlook, in the correct thread, so they're waiting in your email inbox instead of just Pin's. Every inbound reply from a candidate gets its own draft, so a back-and-forth conversation will have a matching draft for each reply while the toggle is on. Enabling this feature only creates drafts, and turning it off will stop new ones from being created (anything already drafted stays put).

ATS Stage Support + Global Settings

View your ATS settings at the global level and set which stage candidates get added to automatically. Stage support is available for premium integrations, with the exception of JobDiva.

Smaller updates:

  1. Smarter Credit Usage + Auto-Recharge – Lookups now run with whatever credits you have available instead of blocking the whole batch when you're short, and you'll get a clear notification if any were skipped. Your balance refreshes instantly as lookups complete, and you can turn on auto-recharge so you're never blocked by an empty balance again.
  2. Expanded Candidate Database (Australia + New Zealand) – Search now covers a wider talent pool across Australia and New Zealand.
  3. "Include Similar" Bulk Toggle + "Name Contains" Filter – Surface multiple companies at once when searching for similar companies, with smarter suggestions as you add them, and narrow company search criteria faster with the new "Name Contains" filter.
  4. "Sourced by Agent" Tracking + AI Agent Stats – See at a glance which candidates were found by the AI Agent vs. manually sourced, plus more detailed metrics on how your agent is performing.
  5. Send Preview Now Uses Sender's Email – Previews now send from the sender's own email account (as long as it's been shared with you), and the account owner gets BCC'd so they know a preview went out.
  6. Recently Sent Log – See every email, task, and LinkedIn message you've sent in one place, at both the global and job level, with filtering built in.
